I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I bring a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from my extensive background in therapeutic foster care, school-based services, and outpatient mental health.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Family Studies & Community Development from Towson University, with a concentration in Services to Children and Youth. I went on to complete my Master of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, focusing on Services to Children and Families.
My career began in Maryland, where I provided therapeutic support in school settings and served as a Family Consultant for KidsPeace Therapeutic Foster Care. I later continued my clinical work in Connecticut, joining Greenwich Psychotherapy & Associates and the Family Centers in Stamford, where I worked across outpatient behavioral health and school-based programs.
I recently launched my own private practice, Launch Psychotherapy, where I’m dedicated to helping teens and young adults navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and identity development. My therapeutic style is grounded in a strengths-based, relational approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods to support growth and healing. I value creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
